SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is receivedproud to serve customers across the United States.

Processing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

– Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
– Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

RETURN POLICY 

At KingStrength Apparel, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return or exchange any eligible item within 15 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Items

– Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
– Final sale, clearance or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@kingstrengthapparel.com
 with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please do not ship back without an RA.

Return Shipping

– For standard returns (size, color, preference changes), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
– If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping or send a prepaid label.

Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
– Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within the 15-day window and we’ll process an exchange subject to availability.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
